Poor customer service!
Customer service wanted me to return two popped open gels from my order.
I have been a consistent customer with 20+ orders in the last three years. I order gels through the site since they are the same price as other sites but can earn rewards points.
The gels always come poorly packaged.
And this last order the gels were so shoved into a small box, two of them popped open, and the package was dropped off overnight so when I grab it in the morning, it's a stick mess and has got ants.
I contacted Fleet Feet support and was asked to return the opened gels to get replaced. Seriously, like I hadn't already thrown the gels away.
Preferred solution: Price reduction

Not happy with the wolf Road colony store said computer was down. They could not look me up to exchange my sneakers that I had a problem with go home and I’ll call you when the manager comes back ***
Just bought a pair of sneakers two weeks ago was not happy with them. Went back to explain my situation.
They told me the new computer was different. Nothing was inside that they cannot look me up.
I bought many sneakers the same place Wolf Road colony called headquarters. They found my email address from Florida but nothing I will vote except my last name was spelled wrong she told me wait for a manager the call was for nothing not happy waiting for a managers call hello

I ordered a pair of sneakers for my son who lives in Ohio for a birthday present. It turned out it was the wrong size.
I told him to take it back to his local store to get the correct size. They gave him a problem. They said they wanted to see the credit card that it was purchased on. Of course I live in North Carolina and have the credit card he lives in Ohio so he left the store upset and was unable to return the sneakers.
I read online that If you receive a wrong size you can take it back to your local store. I have purchased a lot of sneakers in the past and very upset.
He had the order number and my email with him that should be enough information for his west Chester store in Ohio. I want someone to please contact me at 972.207-****.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I never shipped fleet feet however I got a unauthorized bill for 30.96 I contacted customer service and got a refund but no apology or explanation on how I was charged or charged it to this certain card I use rarely
I never shop with fleetfeet and never gave put my card number to anyone somehow 24.72 was taken unauthorized

Poor Customer Service at Fleet Feet Menlo Park, CA
I emailed the owner about ordering a pair of shoes. I also wanted to join their half marathon training class.
That was 3 weeks ago and NO response. I guess they don't want my business. It is highly RUDE to not return any form of communications especially when working in a service industry.
I went into the store only to be told that the owner is busy.
BUSY??? Too busy for customers???
What kind of a *** operation do these people run??? It's amazing how many positive yelp.com reviews they have when their customer service is absolutely horrible.

I agree that the owner is a complete flake. It's a good thing the items are high priced so they can afford their rent.
